We are practically at FSU’s doorstep! By bike, you’ll reach the campus in just 4 minutes, and if you’re driving, it’s a mere 2-minute ride.

All leases are by-the-bed and per person, on an individual lease agreement. Studio or 1-bed spaces with double occupancy, plus larger floor plans with 2-bedrooms or more, will be shared apartments with multiple leaseholders.

We rent to any applicant who meets our qualifying standards.

Most applications are approved within 24-48 hours.
